MEFAL | Annual General Meeting
MEPHAL’s Annual General Assembly was held with great success on Wednesday, 25 June 2025, at the hotel Lordos Beach Hotel & Spa in Larnaca, constituting an important milestone for the Company’s course.
During the Meeting, shareholders were informed in detail about the financial results for 2024, the progress in 2025, as well as the strategy and operational objectives for the next period. Particular emphasis was placed on the financial incentives offered by MEFAL to its members on their purchases, which significantly enhance its competitiveness against other pharmacies.
The Meeting was also a place for a meaningful exchange of views and dialogue, where shareholders made suggestions, raised questions and actively participated in shaping the Company’s future. Through the renewed Articles of Association and the consistent implementation of corporate governance principles over the last three years, MEFAL now operates with a modern and flexible mechanism that enhances transparency, guidance and participation.
The evening concluded with a dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, where shareholders enjoyed an exquisite meal in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere, further strengthening the spirit of cooperation and collegiality.
The successful holding of the Meeting confirms MEFAL’s ongoing commitment to proper information, strategic development and active involvement of shareholders, with a view to the sustainable progress of the Company.
